Adriano Pillimue has grown coffee for 18 years and has been a member of the ASORCAFE association for 16 years. Founded in 2003 and currently having 290 producer members, ASORCAFE is headquartered in Pedregal and is known for the quality of coffee produced by their members. This lot from Adriano Pillimue's one hectare farm, La Siberia, has piqued acidity, a juicy body, and a tea-like finish.
Orders placed Monday - Thursday by 9am will be roasted and shipped the same day. Orders placed after our daily or weekly cutoff will be roasted the next scheduled production day. All online orders are shipped within 24 hours of roasting.
