San Nicolas has a sparkling tartaric acidity, juicy stone fruit, and elegant floral notes that make this small lot a stunning example of the coffees produced in Amazonas, Peru.
Rodriguez de Mendoza is a distant province in the Amazon forest of Peru, characterized by lush vegetation, high elevations, and weather that is humid, foggy, and chilly. The various farms in the province are 2 to 3 hours away on trail roads from the capital, San Nicolas, and start at a minimum elevation of 1600 MASL.
Orders placed Monday - Thursday by 9am will be roasted and shipped the same day. Orders placed after our daily or weekly cutoff will be roasted the next scheduled production day. All online orders are shipped within 24 hours of roasting.
